When you are a New Guest & making a reservation, due to a high number of no-show appointments and late cancellations, we had to introduce a 50% deposit to secure your reservation & protect jobs.
Deposit Guidelines – New guest of the salon – Have not visited the salon in 12 months – If a guest has had 2 no show reservations, they are to pay 50% of the last no show service and a 50% deposit to secure their next reservation.
