Skin Test Policy
All New Guests Or Guests who have not experienced a colour service in the salon in the last 6 months require a skin test 48hours before a colour appointment.
Please call us on 074-9125476 to book skin test No colour services will be carried out without a skin test.
Hair Extensions Policy
Our Insurance company does not give us cover to carry out any services on guests that have Hair Extensions which have not been applied by our team.
Root Spray Policy
We are unable to carry out any colour services on guests that have root spray as this has an impact on your colour result.
Ensure you have all product washed out of the hair prior to the arrival.
If your hair needs to be washed in salon prior to your colour service to remove the build up there will be an additional charge €15
Premium Blow-Dry Policy
We have a regular guest blow-dry price.
We also have a premium blow-dry price which is for non-regular guests.
A regular is a guest that has had 5 Cutting or colouring services in a 12 month period.
Fringe Trim
Regular Guests complimentary fringe trim with New Generation Stylist & Stylist within 4 weeks from last cutting service.
If this is over 4 week visit there will be a charge of €25.
A fringe trim with an Artistic Director, Style Director or Senior Stylist there is a charge of €25 at all times.
Family Journey Policy
As part of our family journey we offer a maximum of 4 Family Journey Price cutting appointments per year.
If you require additional cutting appointments then this is charged at full price service after the 4th cut under our family journey.
Family Journey Services are exclusively available with our New Generation Stylist.
What children are under family journey is when their parent is a regular guest that has had 5 Cutting or colouring services in a 12 month period.
Policy For Babies & Young Children In-Salon for parents hair service
Due to health and safety we cannot allow babies or young children under 8 years old in the salon while their parent is having their hair coloured or styled.
We can not perform the service due to health and safety.
We have a lot of chemicals and hot equipment.
This is in case any sparks of color lands on the baby or child.
We are a family journey salon and this is what we support for the health and safety of the baby or young child.
